What is your delivery time?
The delivery time primarily depends on your order volume. Typically, it takes around one month (for a 1*40FT container). If the items are in stock, we can dispatch them within 5 days.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are a 30% deposit with the balance due against the Bill of Lading. We also accept L/C. Shipping terms can be EXW, FOB, CFR, or CIF, depending on your preference.
How can you guarantee the quality of my goods?
All materials are 100% PMI tested and measured before shipping. We also welcome third-party inspections and provide EN10204.3.1B Mill Test Certificates for all materials.
