What is your delivery time?
Delivery time primarily depends on your required volume. Typically, delivery is around 1 month (1*40FT as a standard). If we have stock, we can dispatch your order within 5 days.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment term is a 30% deposit with the remainder due against the Bill of Lading. We also accept L/C. Shipping terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF, depending on your preference.
How do you guarantee the quality of the goods?
All materials undergo 100% Positive Material Identification (PMI) testing and measurement before shipping. We welcome third-party inspections and provide EN10204.3.1B Mill Test Certificates for all materials.
