What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time largely depends on your order volume. Typically, it is around 1 month for a 40FT container. For in-stock items, we can ship within 5 days.
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 30% deposit with the balance due against the Bill of Lading (B/L). We also accept L/C. Shipping terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF, based on your preference.
How do you guarantee the quality of my goods?
All materials undergo 100% Positive Material Identification (PMI) testing and measurement before shipping. We also welcome third-party inspections and provide EN10204.3.1B Mill Test Certificates for all materials.
